Sanford Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess clients/patients/residents and design effective therapy programs. The role includes conducting evaluations, developing therapy goals, and administering occupational therapy to improve daily living activities.

The candidate must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the applicable state(s) and may need NBCOT certification. BLS is required or obtained within 60 days of employment, with possible driver’s license as needed.

Formación

• Must hold state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or within first 60 days of employment.
• May require valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments.
• Conduct evaluations and provide interventions for functional, cognitive or behavioral impairments.
• Document patient information for evaluation and maintain therapeutic plans.
