Responsibilities

• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observation and patient interview
• Develop individualized treatment plans and exercise programs
• Teach patients therapeutic exercises and massage techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility
• Maintain and update patient records and treatment minutes
• Use standardized assessments to guide interventions and document progress
• Assess progress and adjust treatments based on outcomes and referrals
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders and care options
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisors and health team members
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries complying with regulations
• Document all required information in electronic health records
• Participate in trainings and conferences as required
• Supervise and support PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students
• Comply with company policies and code of conduct
• Maintain active state licensure and professional standards
