Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in in-facility settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and caregivers, and promote independence through personalized treatment plans. This role supports growth, ongoing CEUs, and patient-centered care across our nationwide services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
• Active OT license valid in state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and educate patients and caregivers.
• Promote patient independence through therapeutic interventions.
