Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy across settings, helping patients regain independence.

You will also train patients and caregivers, acting as a teacher to promote functional recovery and optimal daily living. We offer growth, support, and a patient-centered care culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program is required.
• Initial registration from NBCOT is required.
• Must hold a valid unencumbered OT license as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in various settings.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence.
• Act as a teacher and collaborate with peers and care teams.
