MedCadre is seeking a dedicated Permanent Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, helping patients regain independence and improve daily living skills in a clinical setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic activities, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate documentation to support positive outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license.
• NBCOT certification or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe activities.
• Promote functional independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
