Job summary

MedCadre in California is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead therapeutic activities to improve strength, mobility, and daily living skills.

This full-time, on-site role requires valid OT license, NBCOT certification, and BLS; prior clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license as required by state.
• NBCOT certification or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe activities.
• Promote functional independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
