Qualifications

• Licensed by the Georgia Board of OT.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved program.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost-effective, high-quality OT care.
• Establishes and follows a plan of care per medical findings and physician orders.
• Evaluates, monitors, and reassesses patients with timely documentation.
• Coordinates patient care with an interdisciplinary team and ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Contributes to discharge planning and resource utilization.
