Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide a full range of OT services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment at our US-OH-Miamisburg location.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families on daily living activities, document progress, and collaborate with a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
