Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to enhance patient function.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years in occupational therapy or related setting.
• Must have and maintain a current state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living activities techniques.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
