You will collaborate with therapists, educate patients and families, document progress, and adapt plans to meet daily living goals. Licensure and CPR certification are required, with 0–1 years experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses: Current OT licensure; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
