Job summary

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide assessments, care planning, direct treatment, and consult with the rehab team. You will also teach and train caregiver staff and supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
• Active and unencumbered OT license in Massachusetts, or in the process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate residents to develop care plans.
• Oversee resident care activities, medical record oversight, and supply ordering.
• Provide direct resident treatments under a physician's order.
• Contribute to team meetings and decision-making processes.
• Consult with and train residents and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies with supervisor.
• Document activities in the clinical documentation system.

Education
