Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in computer systems for health records (Net Health, PCC).
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and health team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and aides in resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with physicians and families.
• Complete compliant documentation in residents' medical records.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehab program development.
