Qualifications

• Oregon OT license required at hire.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association upon hire.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in OT from an accredited program or equivalent education/experience.
• Occasional specialized OT training to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation and treatment services to a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and functional recovery. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient quality of life.
