Veracity Ventures Inc. in Medford, Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Acute care, 0.9 FTE/Full-Time Day shift, to provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses.

The role involves collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, developing individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence, functional abilities, and quality of life while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience
• Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for diverse diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maximize patient independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
