Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises assistants and rehab aides in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes and reports in EMR and rehab systems.
• Communicates patient status and needs to patients, families and care team.
• Develops treatment plans aligned with reimbursement levels for functional outcomes.
• Participates in program development and implements new techniques.
