Job summary

Qualifications

• Develops treatment plans and delivers interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educates staff, patients, families, and payors on treatment benefits and outcomes.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, summaries, and monthly reports in EMR systems.
• Directs and supervises rehab assistants and students per state and federal guidelines.
