Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• NBCOT registered and licensed per state requirements.
• Current, valid registration or license per state.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, with documentation and communication under physician orders.
