Job summary

Vibra Healthcare’s Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills in Rapid City, SD is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. You will provide and direct OT services, including assessment, treatment planning and documentation, under physician orders to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA is required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment is required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.
