Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for each patient.
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths, limitations, and rehab potential.
• Provide therapy services for neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions.
• Collaborate with physical, speech therapists and nurses for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
