Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Campbelltown) seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our rehab team. You will evaluate residents, develop targeted treatment plans, and deliver therapy to help individuals regain function and independence.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate residents and families on techniques for long-term success. Pennsylvania license required or eligibility; prior SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input
• Educate residents and families on techniques that support long-term success
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment
