Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Irwin) seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team in Irwin, Pennsylvania. The OT will evaluate residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy to restore function and independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document progress, and contribute to a positive, safe therapy environment. Pennsylvania licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately.

Position Summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Irwin) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to play a key role on our rehab team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities.
