Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Monroeville) seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to join our rehab team. You will treat residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L).
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents and assist in developing personalized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values input.
