Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and quality of life.

You will be part of a supportive clinical network with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and career growth. We value collaboration, patient-centered care, and timely, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification or registration.
• Valid state OT license required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to promote independence and function.
• Collaborate with rehab team and coordinate care in facility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills for daily living.

Education
