Renewal Rehab in Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our growing team. Must be licensed to apply and will evaluate and treat patients with a focus on improving daily living skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus benefits and professional development opportunities. This on-site role supports flexible schedules and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with active state license.
• NBCOT-OTR designation (where required).
• OT degree recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapy and adjust treatment per patient needs and precautions.
