Job summary

Veritas Skilled Nursing Management is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN days in Tucson, AZ. Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card.
• 1 year’s experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and complete care plans.
• Communicate with the Director of Rehabilitation regarding patient progress.
• Verify patient information and appropriately chart therapy notes.
