Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to join a multidisciplinary care team in Webster, TX. The therapist will assess patients, design individualized plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve function and quality of life.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure and BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university is required.
• One to two years related experience and/or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes thoroughly.
