Responsibilities

• Optimizes physical abilities and skills of patients by assisting in screening protocols.
• Evaluates patients.
• Delivers treatment to achieve defined objectives per treatment plan.
• Documents progress and communicates status to patient and family.
• Engages in ongoing professional development and maintains licensure.
• Handles administration tasks including billing and records updates.
• Follows infection control procedures and participates in interdisciplinary care
