Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide safe and effective treatment interventions including exercises and education, with proper documentation.
• Regularly reassess progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adjust techniques to meet age-specific and condition-specific needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Mentor and orient new staff and OT students.
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation of services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.
