Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist required
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, and administers therapies to improve daily living and work activities
• Develops and documents individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provides safe treatment interventions and patient education
• Reassesses progress and updates plans accordingly
• Collaborates with care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Mentors staff and students in OT practices
• Ensures accurate billing documentation and regulatory compliance
