Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical OT experience.
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• OT-Registered/Licensed required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and plans occupational therapy for patients.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Delivers safe therapeutic interventions and documents sessions.
• Reassesses progress and updates care plans.
