Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited OT program.

• A valid BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in shaping and growing a new inpatient rehabilitation program.

POSITION

Join our growing rehabilitation team as we launch a new Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment services that support patients in achieving their highest level of independence and function. The successful candidate will bring rehabilitation experience, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new program while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

HOURS

This is a PRN position. Hours will vary based on staffing needs and may include weekdays and occasional weekends.

Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of accreditation standards and compliance requirements. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a hospital or medical office setting.

EDUCATION

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited occupational therapy program. pass the NBCOT examination and have a current Kansas license. A valid BLS certification is required.
