Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Poway, CA seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available.

Therapists work with interdisciplinary teams to design integrated plans that support functional goals in real-life settings. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy with state licensure; a master's degree and professional certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Poway, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
