Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Oceanside, CA seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure are required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs.
• Deliver services in patients' homes and communities, providing truly patient-centered care.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
