Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in Fullerton, CA and surrounding areas, providing services in patients' homes and communities. Roles include evaluation and treatment of upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment support.

Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelor's in OT with state licensure; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Fullerton, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
