Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Vista, CA is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and practice in the homes and communities of our clients. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
• Assessment of visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
• Determine adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Vista, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
