Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with nursing, administration, and other departments to deliver comprehensive and effective therapy services.


• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational therapy standards and care plans that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.


• Participate in resident evaluations, care planning, progress reviews, and discharge coordination.


• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, resident progress, and treatment outcomes.


• Assist with updating therapy protocols to reflect current clinical practices and regulatory requirements.


• Provide guidance and support to therapy staff in coordination with the Director of Rehabilitation.


• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement projects.


• Serve as a key point of contact for residents and families, fostering positive communication and trust.


• Manage administrative duties, including completing medical documentation, reports, and billing information accurately.

Qualifications:
