Job summary

Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate rehab team. You will conduct screenings, evaluate data, and provide therapy as outlined in the plan of care.

The role supports an interdisciplinary team, includes supervision of OTA/COTA, and relies on Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for documentation. Florida license and BS in OT required; strong communication and tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Occupational Therapy License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be computer/tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine need for evaluation or intervention.
• Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain data for the plan of care.
• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents as indicated in the plan of care.
• Supervision of OTA/COTA.
• Actively engage with the rehab department and IDT for facility success.

We are seeking a PER DIEM OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.

Our facility offers a supportive family environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation techs are utilized to assist therapists with resident transport and administrative functions. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the OT is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

Job Summary
