The Courtyard Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Victoria, TX is a post-acute care facility seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL disorders, provide rehabilitative treatment, document progress, and prepare discharge summaries per regulatory standards.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist as required for practice.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop plans of care.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment and document progress in the clinical record.
• Communicate with families, caregivers and team members about progress and discharge plans.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries in accordance with regulations.
