Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment, wound care, and discharge planning, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• New grads welcome; open to all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation interventions in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Perform procedures as part of the rehab plan including manual techniques and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Create discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
