Job summary

The Eden of Las Colinas in Irving, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. Qualifications

• OT license is required.
• New grads are welcome for the OTA role.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Perform procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, assistive devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory/clinical requirements.
