Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred
• Proficient in computer systems including Casamba and PointClickCare preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Maintain license and stay compliant with state regulations
