Job summary

Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for full- or part-time or PRN status. The OT will evaluate residents, create treatment plans, and implement therapy to improve independence and safety. CA licensure and CPR may be required, with preferred post-acute care experience.

Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay of $60.00–$65.00 are highlighted. Applicants relocate to Porterville, CA 93257 if needed and will join an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (required). CPR certification as required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and maintain license in good standing.
