Job summary

Lionstone Therapy seeks a per diem Occupational Therapist at St. Henry Care Community in St. Henry, OH. The role covers administrative and therapy functions across multiple care areas, with Telehealth options to maintain compliance.

You will be responsible for planning and directing OT services, supervising staff, and coordinating with facility personnel to ensure accurate billing and resident care plans. Must hold a current OT license and an MBOT license for state practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (education requirement).
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in this state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct our occupational therapy services.
• Communicate with staff from related departments when planning therapy services.
• Review occupational therapy policies, procedures, manuals, and job descriptions.
