Qualifications

• Current state OT certification/license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• NBCOT certification preferred (AOTA and OTAC).

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services within scope of practice to restore function for clients with musculoskeletal, neuro-muscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team and adheres to department and Hospital Policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license

Current BCLS (AHA) certificate

National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred
