Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and licensing requirements.
