Job summary

Lake Placid Health & Rehab in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to help residents achieve independence in a 180-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care and respite services.

You will assess residents, develop OT plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain progress notes, and participate in ongoing staff education while enjoying flexible shifts.
