Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time/per diem basis. As an OT, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
Conduct initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans for residents with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities
Design and implement interventions aimed at improving residents' quality of life, including activities of daily living (ADLs), sensory integration, and orthotics/restorative care
Collaborate with rehabilitation team members, including physical, speech, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and maximize resident outcomes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress, goals, and concerns
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress
Education: Bachelors Degree
Licensure: Licensed in the State of Florida
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
