Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for per diem roles in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a leading therapy organization with 30+ years of experience.

Applicants must hold a licensed OT in the state of practice, NBCOT-OTR is preferred, and new grads may apply with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
