South Pacific Rehab Services in California is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and obtain up-to-date physician orders. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical education environment within

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
