Job summary

Enhance Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in SNF/long-term care settings. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and work with the team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with licensure in the state of practice. The position supports professional growth, with ongoing clinical education and opportunities for advancement within the Rehab Alliance family.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR required by state (where applicable).
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
